SENDING FULL DOCUMENTS
Deadline for receiving FULL DOCUMENTS is August 17th, following guidelines established at our Third Communication. Full Document should be uploaded through the portal http://www.congresos.unlp.edu.ar/index.php/UPE/UPE11#sthash.QP4D4JWD.dpuf, with the same username and password you have generated for previous submissions.
MODES OF PRESENTATION (full papers and posters) Full papers for thematic sessions: besides the written documents, authors of papers submitted to any of the four Central Themes should also elaborate a Power Point-supported oral presentation of about 15 minutes long. After the exposition of papers by authors, discussants will comment them as well as the addressed theme itself, which will be followed by an open discussion with all participants. Each thematic session will last 2 hours.
SOCIAL ACTIVITIES
UPE 11 includes two encounter and exchange meetings. In order to complete its final organization and programming, kindly let us know whether you plan to attend them, by sending your CONFIRMATION to info@upe11.org:
GET - TOGETHER MEETING, on Tuesday, September 16 at 07:00 p.m.at the Natural Science Museum. open for all registered participants.
OFFICIAL DINNER on Thursday, September 18 at 09:00 p.m. Participation is optional and its cost is USD 45.Those interested in joining us are kindly requested to confirm their attendance. If you have not yet registered, we suggest that you pay your registration fee and the Dinner voucher at the same time. If you have already paid for your registration fee, you may pay the Dinner voucher at the Symposium. Detailed procedure is available at http://www.upe11.org/registration fees.
**REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT**
Besides being enrolled at our webpage, REGISTRATION process is complete when you pay for your registration fee. Please note that at least one of the authors who participate at UPE 11 presenting a paper or a poster should be formally registered by August 17th. .
